For the de-dusting of cigarette machines NEOTECHNIK has been working with a well-proven system for decades. Whether operating with and without tobacco or when on standby, the machine is constantly supplied with an exactly controlled and required amount of negative pressure. The stable suction pressure guarantees a constant density of tobacco during production. The accruing dust is carefully collected and and safely deposited in a compact NFCT surface filters. The intelligent control of the centralised air temperature compensation in addition ensures a saving of energy and an optimal management of air at the ‘makers’
