For de-dusting applications in the mineral processing industry Münstermann Filtration has a very large range of products of series filters with a surface area of 15 to 1,400 m². With this product range de-dusting units up to 300,000 m³/hour are available also as a twin-pack. Units with a larger filter surface area can also be produced to the customer’s specifications.
The modular design of our units makes it possible to adjust the solutions to the specific application quickly and economically (see Münstermann’s product advantages – Bag chamber filter units). Crude gas loading of up to 500g/m³ are separated gently from the air stream in the integrated pre-separator chamber. All the Münstermann bag chamber filter units are equipped with a fully automatic high pressure filter separator and designed as standard for a negative pressure of down to 450 daPa. In the area of clean air the residue dust content of < 10mg/m³ is reached. As a result existing and future emission limits can be maintained.
Münstermann filter systems in various configurations from silo cap filters over mill de-dusting units to rotary kiln de-dusting units are used and are especially suitable to rough and varying operating conditions.
