Easy-made filter change with snap ring
Münstermann de-dusting units distinguish themselves by their top quality and clever detailed solutions. On the one hand the layout of the de-dusting unit makes it possible for the filter bags to be changed on the outgoing air side of the filter and thereby on the clean side. On the other hand so-called snap rings are used to fasten the filter bags which enables the change of the bags to be carried out without any mechanical work such as screwing or clamping.
The basis of the design of these snap rings is that the installation opening for the filter bags and the supporting baskets are produced very accurately and with minimum tolerances. For filters that are under a mechanical load such as e.g. pneumatic applications, dust extractor units etc then a special filter version with a double snap ring is available.
