Technical specifications vacuum cleaning units
- Painted sheet steel circular filter housing of 1,250 mm in diameter the 32 integrated filter bags. Designed to take a negative pressure of down to 5,000 daPa. Ideal for rough industrial use.
- Longest conveying distance between suction point to filter is 250 metres
- The throughput when floor cleaning amounts to 250kg/hour per suction point
- The vacuum cleaning system can be erected inside or outside a building and is as standard assembled on a robust structural frame
- A fully-automatically controlled compressed air de-dusting of the filter hoses by means of differential pressure makes the continuous operation possible
- The dust emission is collected during operation in low maintenance pinch valves
- A capsuled rotary piston fan with a baffle fitted downstream is employed to transport the air. The sound pressure level lies under 80dB (A) at a distance of 1 metre.
- The vacuum cleaning unit is controlled centrally. An interface to an overriding control system is available.
- Depending on the suction capacity and the number of suction points either rotary pistons or multi-stage fans are employed.
- With a residue dust content in the extracted air of < 10mg/m³ the standards of the TA-Luft (Technical Instructions on Air Quality Control) are undercut by 50%.
