The NEOTECHNIK NFD range of reverse jet filters operates by compressed air cleaning and is able to accommodate a filtration area of up to 2,000 m² in one filter housing. Custom-build to specification, this dust extraction system offers lower capital investment cost to a similar reverse air cleaning filter, at least if smaller sizes are concerned. Large front doors enable a quick and easy access for maintenance operations.
Functional description
The NEOTECHNIK surface filter NFD operates fully automatically with a compressed air cleaning system. This custom-made filter allows economic operation with a constantly low filter differential pressure. Compared to the reverse air filter the capital expenditure is considerably lower. The control of the cleaning impulses is carried out electro-pneumatically. Impulse and interval times can be regulated.
