Modular design of the units

The modular design of the chamber filter simplifies the project work and allows the best possible agreement of the size of the unit as the case requires. In addition, very short delivery times can be achieved and for the customer there is a reduced warehousing requirement by the installation of standardised components.

Solid welded steel sheet metal design

With our high standard of production quality the chamber filters do justice to the roughest daily industrial routine. The leak-proof welded filter heads prevent an inleakage of air. The filter hoses can be easily changed through the service hatches (see: Easy-made filter change with snap ring).

Integrated flue and clean gas ducts

The integrated air ducts lead to a reduced energy consumption and a longer life cycle of the of the filter hoses. Further advantages are the space saving and compact design and the simple connection of the flue gas and clean gas pipelines. Connectors can be fitted cost-effectively in retrospect.

Separator chamber

In order to prolong the life cycle of the filter media the course particles are separated in a special chamber without contact with the filter media.

Snap rings

The fixing of the filter hoses between the flue gas and the clean gas is effected by using snap rings. A simple assembly and disassembly as well as high leak tightness characterises this system (see: Easy-made filter change with snap ring).

Further technical details:

  • Filter surface area up to 1,400 m² or approx. 140,000 ft²in series (Large filter surface area can be supplied as a special solution)
  • Flue gas dust content up to 500g/m³
  • Residue dust content < 10mg/m³. With our filter units you will not only do justice to the present emission limitations but also in the future.
  • Flue gas temperatures of up to 250ºC.
