Options and accessories
- Filter control units: Münstermann Filter Control (MFC) for automatic filter de-dusting. An interface to the customer’s visualisation system is available.
- Control cabinets for the control of the fans and the discharge devices
- Compressed air pre-processing unit for the monitoring of the air pressure including a pressure regulator and moisture separator and stopcock in a solid steel cabinet
- Explosion-protected as per ATEX
- Stainless steel version instead of sheet steel for use in the chemical or food industries
- Discharge devices (rotary valves, double pendulum flap, screw conveyor etc.)
- Insulation and heating of the filter casing against heat loss and avoidance of temperature falling below dew-point level
- Our bag chamber filter units are supplied either welded together or screwed together and for transportation in a container.
- Compressor for the supply of compressed air for the pulse-jet filter de-dusting system
- For very light dust we recommend an offline chamber de-dusting. Here, the chamber to be cleaned, is taken out of the filtering process for a short period.
