Modular design
Together with the modernisation of de-dusting units we, of course, offer new and modern units including thorough consultation, design and development, production and assembly. When you invest in a new unit you will be offered, on request, a complete concept including the control technology system, switch cabinets and, as may be the case, a maintenance contract.
We place emphasis on a modular design and development concept of the units which can be considered as a modular design principle. The most important factors for the modularity are listed below.
Modular design principle
Our units are based on the chamber filters system. Each of the chambers consists of either 36 or 60 filter bags with arbitrary lengths of 1,420, 2,420, 3,220 or 4,420 mm and diameters of 140 or 160 mm. Depending on the requirement these chambers in the units can be produced in a single or double row. The number of chambers lies normally between 1 and 12 chambers; however, this number can turn out to be higher.
With the aid of a few parameters the sum of the total investment can easily and quickly be estimated.
Container design
As a global supplier of de-dusting units we always pay close attention to the question of transportability when designing a unit. Our units are so designed that they can be dispatched in a standard container i.e. 40-foot container.
Assembly options
Our units can be supplied either welded or screwed together. A simple assembly on site is indicative of the welded assembly. Units to be screwed together can, if necessary, be more easily and flexibly assembled.
