From a blacksmith shop to a technology company in plant engineering
- 1845 Foundation by Johann Bernhard Münstermann – the present owner’s great, great grandfather – as an agriculturally orientated blacksmith shop
- 1978 Takeover of the company by the present owner and managing director Bernd Münstermann – now in the fifth generation
- 1988 Move of the company from Alverskirchen, near Münster, to Telgte-Westbevern
- 1996 Setting up of the Product Group Infrared- and Ultravilolet Radiation Dryers on the takeover of the Drying Technology company GIT of Wuppertal
- 1999 Setting up of the Product Group Material Handling
- 2000 Setting up of the Measurement and Control Department
- 2002 Setting up of the Product Group De-dusting Technology (Münstermann-Filtration) by taking over the products and personnel of the company Lüscher Filterbau AG of Lienen
- 2003 Extension of the production area to 12,000 m² or just over 120,000 sq ft² and office space to 1,500 m² or just over 15,000 sq.ft²
- 2008 Takeover of NEOTECHNIK GmbH in Bielefeld

- Of a total of just over 220 workers approximately 70 are employed in the Design and Development Department
- In the production workshops in Westbevern near Telgte over 100 workers are employed and there is a production area of approx. 14,000 m² or just over 140,000 sq.ft²
