Measurement and control
The control of the filter units is undertaken by its own control unit. A ‘thinking’ control unit has the ability to react independently to varying operating conditions.
The control unit makes de-dusting possible at varying pressure loads where, on the one hand, air pressure and energy are saved and, on the other hand, an optimal de-dusting of the filter medium is achieved. As the control unit, depending on the amount of dust in situ, adjusts itself independently to the de-dusting impulses, the filter unit will always run at the optimal operate at the characteristic performance curves.
Together with a digital differential pressure indicator all status and failure signals from the discharging devices, from fans and compressors are shown on a LED display. The Münstermann control unit on the filter units cannot only see to it that optimal operation is achieved but is also usable with other producers’ filter systems. This can be of great advantage when modernising filter units.
Electronic filter and servicing control units in detail
Power-pulse tank systems
- New and cost-effective de-dusting systems
- Top pressure peaks
- High air velocity
- Temperature range: -40°C to 80°C (in special cases up to 150°C)

Filter head wiring
The de-dusting valves in the filter heads are already wired in the factory so that the connecting up of the units to the chosen control unit can ensue simply and without any problem.
Compressed air servicing unit
For the preparation, regulation and monitoring of the compressed air
